The Christian Cup is a Men's Christian hockey tournament that is designed to build up men hockey players from around the country and connect them with other believers who love competing on the ice and growing in their faith off the ice! The event travels to a different city each year so that men are able to experience time away together, meet new friends and see a different part of the country every year! The Christian Cup is open to both individual players as well as full teams. We expect to have 3 divisions, A, B and C this upcoming tournament.

This years event will take place on April 11-13 in Tampa Bay, FL

Tournament Layout

Each team will play 4 games throughout the weekend. We have 3 divisions, A, B and C, to provide for best player experience we can. We expect 8-12 teams to participate in this tournament.  Team huddles will be held prior to each game and will be lead by team captains and or a team chaplain. In addition to the games, we are working to plan other events for players and families to attend over the week-end.

Tournament Details

We expect games to start on Friday afternoon. Each team should expect to play 1 game on Friday, 2 games on Saturday and 1 game on Sunday morning.

We are planning a family luncheon for Saturday afternoon at a local church where we will have a speaker and a lunch buffet. We will also have our annual raffle give away during the luncheon.

We are also planning a Praise and worship session for Saturday night for players, families and friends. This will be an awesome time of fun and fellowship. In previous years we have had a comedian or other entertainment and we are currently working to secure someone for this year.  Tournament give aways include a tournament shirt, sock tape and other hockey give away items to help you with your game.

If you or your team would like to play but are unable to cover the cost, please reach out to us and we will work to secure scholarship funds for your group.
