Program Highlights:

Small Group Ratio to Coaches

4.5 Hours of On Ice Instruction & 1.5 Hours of Dryland Training 

Small area games, Body Contact, Skill Development, Advanced Fundamentals

We will be teaching the latest strategies being used at the Collegiate & NHL levels

Off Ice Dryland w/ Northstar Strength & Speed Coach

Day 1 ( 9:45PM – 5:00PM ) 

9:45AM – 10:30 Check In

10:45AM – 12:00PM - On Ice All Players

12:15PM – 12:45PM Lunch – We Provide Pizza for lunch - You can bring your own lunch if you wish

½ of Field House / 12:45 – 1:45PM – All Players Fun Games 

2:00PM – 3:00PM 10’/11’ - On Ice       

2:00PM – 2:45PM Chapel for 12’/13’ Group – Hot Topics 

3:15PM – 4:15PM 12'/13’ - On Ice             

3:30PM – 4:15PM Chapel for 10’/11’ Group – Hot Topics

½ Field House 4:30PM – 5:15PM – Dryland & Devotionals (D2)
