Huddle Leader

What is a Huddle Leader?

The backbone of the camp. Basically, an intern but for one camp. Huddle leaders will be helping the interns to manage a group of young athletes throughout their time at camp. Some responsibilities include making sure everyone gets dressed and on the ice on-time; helping the on-ice coaches by assisting individuals execute drills, etc. Huddle leaders will be expected to interact and build relationships with their group of young athletes. This is the prime position for ministry impact as you will interact with the kids throughout the camp. Must be flexible, responsible and willing to share their testimony.
